Today I complete the 4th week of my running workout and it's working great so I thought I should share it.
I usually run in Monday, Wednesday and Friday and in the rest I do this, because it needs a day rest in between workouts too:
There are a lot good exercises in this Youtube profile.
Ah this, I started this a long time ago but lost motivation quickly. Just not enough time :(
ReplyDeleteHowever I'm trying to work on my abs at the moment so thanks for posting the video! A massive help.
You should try the Ab Ripper X off the P90X. It's a serious workout.

ReplyDeleteThis man speaks the truth.
Nice video, man.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fairly solid routine without the need to go to a gym. I'd suggest adding interval sprints to your running. Doing 8 sets with 20 seconds of full strength sprinting and 10 seconds walking will really build endurance and speed. Might want to look at Tabata routines as well.
ReplyDeleteHow did this work out for you? I need to go to the gym today.
ReplyDeleteI think this is a great start. Only after this I would start adding interval sprints to avoid injury. Especially if you're a noob.
ReplyDeleteThat is depressing me. I am to lazy :<
ReplyDeletenice post
ReplyDeleteI workout 4 times per week :P
ReplyDeleteLooks great, I work out myself :D
ReplyDeleteI'll pass. Sports, ugh.
ReplyDeleteI've been looking for that running guide for a while now, and you posted it. Thanks!
