Ah this, I started this a long time ago but lost motivation quickly. Just not enough time :(However I'm trying to work on my abs at the moment so thanks for posting the video! A massive help.
You should try the Ab Ripper X off the P90X. It's a serious workout.

Looks like a fairly solid routine without the need to go to a gym. I'd suggest adding interval sprints to your running. Doing 8 sets with 20 seconds of full strength sprinting and 10 seconds walking will really build endurance and speed. Might want to look at Tabata routines as well.
How did this work out for you? I need to go to the gym today.
I think this is a great start. Only after this I would start adding interval sprints to avoid injury. Especially if you're a noob.
