Workout

Today I complete the 4th week of my running workout and it's working great so I thought I should share it.
I usually run in Monday, Wednesday and Friday and in the rest I do this, because it needs a day rest in between workouts too:

  1. Ah this, I started this a long time ago but lost motivation quickly. Just not enough time :(

    However I'm trying to work on my abs at the moment so thanks for posting the video! A massive help.

  8. Looks like a fairly solid routine without the need to go to a gym. I'd suggest adding interval sprints to your running. Doing 8 sets with 20 seconds of full strength sprinting and 10 seconds walking will really build endurance and speed. Might want to look at Tabata routines as well.

  10. I think this is a great start. Only after this I would start adding interval sprints to avoid injury. Especially if you're a noob.
